MyPaleo30 Breakfast Ideas

For the month of November (and maybe a lot longer!), I’ll be eating a mostly paleo diet. See my last post for more details. Here are a few of my breakfasts for the last week. Before I eat breakfast, I drink a green juice. For breakfast, I’m trying to include a protein (almost always eggs), some veggies, fruit, and avo, if I have it. I don’t really need to snack much after breakfasts like these…

2 boiled eggs, berries and grapes, slice avo, and sauteed yellow and red peppers

1 egg over-easy, sauteed zucchini and yellow squash, grapes, slice avo, and bacon wrapped dates (leftover from last night)
