Meal Ideas: A Week of Real Food
What I Ate This Week
I did some meal planning this week and really tried to eat for nutrition and flavor. Instead of restricting what I ate, I tried to include as many fruits and vegetables as I could, and attempted to balance my meals with protein and fiber. The results? Well, I felt pretty good about what I ate, and I didn’t have any crazy cravings for other food.
If it seems like a few meals are missing, I did eat the same thing twice a few times.
