Cooking, Eating, and Enjoying Healthy Food!
After I had this scrumptious breakfast this morning, I decided to do my Back End Workout at home since school is closed and the roads are icy. I do have a workout room at home, with an elliptical, weights, a bench, and a newly-installed wall mirror. So, I can definitely “make do.” Here’s what I did. Those Clam Digs were brutal! Seriously burned. They look so simple, but I know I’ll be sore tomorrow.
