Post-workout power breakfast

This is one of my favorite protein-rich breakfasts that keeps me full and satisfied until lunch. You got veg, protein, healthy fat, and carbs from the beans. And, it’s super delicious.

2 eggs scrambled with spinach, salsa, and a bit of cheese; side of refried black beans and sliced avocado.
