This is the tastiest and most satisfying dinner! And super fast and easy, as well.
I make taco meat with grass-fed beef and an all organic taco mix and tomato sauce. Then assemble some greens (I did romaine and spinach), refried black beans, meat, cheese, chopped tomatoes, corn, mashed avo with lemon, sour cream, and salsa. No taco needed! I forgot how much I love this salad, and how satisfying it is when I have a tex-mex craving.
